And it made me think about how in a competition where match-ups are so important, a bracket does not necessarily lend itself to finding the best player. For example, as great as Rain is, I think most people would agree Flash was a better player during ASL s5. So I'm not suggesting we forgo elimination tournaments in favor of this, but who would be most likely to win this tournament? Double round robin (i.e. players will play against every other player twice) with all series bo7. I know a few methods as it stands, but not all of them. I only just learned about Terrans using cloaked Banshees (without attacking at all) as scouts earlier today. Here's what I know of so far.

Posted: 06 Oct 2020 12:31 PM PDT My ZvT is a lot better than my other matchups and every so often I will get an artificial boost to a higher MMR from playing lots of Terran's that day and then get absolutely stomped by Protoss and Zerg.
