    Why is every 1v1 map so similar? Why don't we have maps like broodwar had? Would you guys like to have broodwar like maps on melee or you're good with current?

    I know they're not the same, but the shape and way expansions and highground are placed is almost the same. Why can't we have different maps like broodwar had?

    Marines + Medics micro/groups? (SC BroodWar)

    I am currently playing the campaign and I am on the terran. I know that Marines + Medics make a solid combination together with mass tanks. However I struggle big times to micro the marines together with the medics, I am confused how to have them in a good group, do you mix marines and medics into same control group or seperate them?

    Also when I have them in the same control group I can't use stimpack with a click, I have to select all Marines to use stimpack. Anyone got any advice to make it as smooth as possible?

    - A unique lan event being held along side one of Melbourne iconic beaches event dates are the 10-12th of Jan ( 3 day event starting 3pm AEST each day )

    - Invited players / Talent only.

    - We've invite 12 players to join us at a Mansion for both Starcraft 2 and a line up of interesting games to really bring out the competitive personalities of the people involved.

    - The event will be a mixture of a Starcraft 2 homestroy event, BigBrother house and Beyond the Summit style event.

    - Our end goal is to create memories for all those involved and give to you, the starcraft community fresh content.

    Lore question: Why did the Zerg Overmind need to take physical form?

    At the end of the orion Zerg campaign, the Overmind takes physical form on Aiur. Was there ever a lore explanation for WHY it needed to do this? It seems like a pure liability, since it leaves the Overmind vulnerable to attack (the classical lazy writing cliché of the single point of failure).

    Why did the Overmind think this was a good idea?
