    Alright folks, I'll keep it short:

    • In-game Chat Channel: IEM (/join IEM in the Americas region)

    • Check-in: 15:00 Pacific Time

    • Late Sign up: 15:45 Pacific Time (in case you forgot to sign up, you can do it during the Late Sign up)

    • Starting hour: 16:00 Pacific Time - Timezone helper

     

    IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT:

    • All players must upload the replays of their matches

    • No Skins are allowed, all players have to play with the default skin;

    • All the in-game names should be recognizable and attached to your online persona. And all players must inform the battle.tag of their account on the respective field on the ESL Play platform;

    • All the Qualifiers will be transmitted by a team of pre selected Casters - for those who don't remember, applications were open since the announcement of the qualifiers. Currently we have streams listed to broadcast in English, German, French, Polish, Korean, Spanish, and Taiwanese;

    • 8 Players advance from the Open to the Closed, that means the last round played today is the Ro16. Closed is played tomorrow, Tuesday 7th, at 16:00 PST

    Organizing a grassroots (Singapore) Starcraft 2 Tournament

    Being a Starcraft 2 fan from 2011, I have seen the scene rise, fall, and now steadily rise again. In my country, while there has been an increase of players there really isn't anything for the local players. Hence, I am organizing and putting for some resources in order to do what I can to grow the scene.

    This is a new account specially created for this and future event, updates for the tournament will be posted here as well.

    If you are in/from Singapore and want to participate or help directly, way do PM me.
    Any support also be greatly appreciated , be it viewers or retweets or upvotes for visibility, whatever you can support.

    Finally I do intend to organised at least one more tournament in future, beyond that it would depend on the results from these too.

    Im new to the game but every time zerg do this to me while containing me in 2 bases is really annoying. I tried to chase those overlords with phoenixes but they kept on coming back. Any tips will be appreciated.

    What is your biggest complaint, no matter how big or small, with current Starcraft?

    Mine would be the map sizes. I really just don't like big maps. It would be nice if there were some smaller ones in the ladder pool.

    Hey so i havent played in a while and i just realized that the Control groups starts at 1/6 on the GUI.

    Is it possible to get it back at the left edge ?

    This was my 1st tattoo I'm trying to figure out what starcraft idea I should do above the Zerg insignia. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe a lurker (it will be around my should almost literally)

    Do people use new units in LoTV?

    Sorry if this doesn't really deserve its own thread, but I'm a bit confused. I haven't played since legacy of the void came out, but I recently started playing again in the last couple of days. I haven't really seen many people use new units at all. I've seen some old units that are changed, like the battlecruiser, and I'll see liberators sometimes, but that's about it. I also don't use any of them at all (Protoss) since I don't really know what they do.

    Am I missing something? Or are the new units really that uncommonly used?

    My GF was so lovely to give me 2 tickets to IEM Katowice 2020. I've always loved Starcraft, both BW and 2, but never attended a live event. Now I have the opportunity to go, and I am looking forward to the experience.

    We're arriving on Thursday, and we want to experience the city as well. What is there that you must see while there, if anything ?

    Me and my friends where looking into some RTS games. When I was little I was playing SCBW at my cousins home and had a lot of fun memories, so I wanted to try out SC2 to play with my boys.

    Is it possible to host a 1 v 1 v 1 free for all kidna lobby with 3 to 4 players or is it limited to 1 v 1?

    Tried googling but none of the results really helped me.
