    so with the original version of 1 being free and 2 being free to play i decided to get them but how much singer player content do these games have since i dont really play multiplayer?. starcraft seems fun but i normally only play singer player

    What’s the cheapest, smallest computer I could use to play SC2?

    I had been using a 2011 iMac for the longest time (haha Apple, I know) and it had served me just fine for playing on the ladder casually. After COVID hit my company put us on work from home so I ended up getting a home office setup and using my spec'd out 16" MBP work computer to play. Since there weren't any restrictions on software I ended up using it for everything and the iMac just became a waste of space, so I gave it to a family member that needed a Zoom machine for his kids.

    Literally 3 days later my company installed software blocking unauthorized apps so now I can't play. FML.

    I don't know much about hardware or building a PC, but literally the only thing I'm looking for is a machine that can run SC2 so I don't want to spend a lot of money. I also need something with a small foot print since I'm a little tight on space. Anyone have recommendations?

    Here we go, going to try to get the anniversary achievements for beating all missions on brutal. I am going to start with the wings of liberty campaign with mission replays, does anyone know the difference between hard and brutal? I haven’t seen much info on it thanks :)

    Has there ever been a pro-level game where a player took a handicap?

    ASL Spoiler: With players like Flash being incredible dominant and still winning games in the ASL, has there ever been a game where a player took some sort of handicap? In SC2, you can take a percent health reduction on all your units for example. SC1 doesn't have anything that I can think of. I think that even a 10% reduction would be too huge, but I'm curious if anyone has ever tried it in a professional game? As a sort of ultimate flex.
