Earliest Starcraft memory?

What is your first memory of playing Starcraft? I was about 8 and I remember feeling like a god as I amassed my army of squirmy little purple rage dinosaurs and it was perfect. I loved clicking on the units to get all the dialogue options. "Who set all these lab monkeys free!" My first piece of fan fiction was about Kerrigan and Raynor. Starcraft is my first video game love. How about all of you?

[Spoilers] Anyone else excited by Patience’s PvT style?

Even though he didn't go through his group due to some miscontrol his DT + double robo deathball seemed really powerful. No stargates or hts needed just a beefy army.

The DT / warp prism openers kept terran back and together with observers gave him so much vision to react to drops while able to defend a frontal push with a slow but beefy early robo army.

Blink stalkers gave him protection from Vikings while disrupters kept maurauders back.

Terran trying to respond with libs meant less medivacs to heal and less Vikings to hit the colossi so wasn't a good response.

I feel like his build lets him really punch above his weight, I wonder if others have tried the same on ladder?
