Reminder: This is a weekly thread aimed at people who have questions about ANYTHING related to starcraft. Arcade, Co-OP, multiplayer, campaign, Brood War, lore, etc.Anyone of any level of skill can ask or answer a question Keep the comment section civil, and when you answer try not to answer with just a yes/no, add some thought into it, help each other out. If you ask a question about a specific game, it is helpful to include the replay of said game(upload to drop.sc and link it to your post.)

| Do you feel like Starcraft 2 is growing again? Posted: 23 Jun 2020 10:06 PM PDT I've been seeing a lot of questions and comments about how SC2 is "a dead game" or "a dying game", but I feel like in the last few years it has grown. Not considerably larger, but definitely bigger than what I was in 2017. I compared the gsl's viewership of 2017 to that of last years and there is a definite increase. The Banshees tweeting about 'supporting women' who have come out with their stories of sexual harassment etc. in esports triggered me hard today. The founder has been so critical of other women in the scene and demeans them behind closed doors. | Playing off-race to get better? Posted: 24 Jun 2020 12:25 AM PDT I'm low plat protoss, trying to "git gud n00b". P is pretty much all I play -- my Z is pretty bad, and T is truly awful. Should I off-race more to get better at P? I'm guessing it will help me understand what it's like to play as Z and T, so I can play against them better. eg. if i don't have a ton of time to play and want to improve efficiently should i "JUST FOCUS ON MACRO OKAY" or actually learn the other races? | Info on cancelled/cut content from SC2 campaign? Posted: 23 Jun 2020 02:24 PM PDT I've been showing some of my friends the Starcraft games since they've been interested but don't really play RTS games, and finished with SC1 recently. While I played I talked about the various cut buildings, alphas, and other plans, but I couldn't find much information like that for SC2. I remember Metzen once said that you were supposed to be able to walk around the Hyperion and something about Legacy of the Void being planned to star Zeratul and have diplomacy elements, but that's about it.
