Offering free coaching on my stream !

    Posted: 08 Jan 2020 12:01 AM PST

    Hey !

I've mostly been a lurker for a long time but recently I started streaming (mostly game development) and now, since I am a M2 / M1 Terran I figured I could do something of interest to the community by, of course, streaming my ladder but also offering live coaching to anyone willing to give me a proper replay to analyse.

I'd love to enjoy your company for a while.

Go to my stream : www.twitch.tv/hoshiqua and type !coaching in chat. You'll find the rest there.

With the Masters Championship running the year after, will we still see end of the year major design/balance changes?

    Posted: 07 Jan 2020 04:39 PM PST

So I have something I would like the people reading this to ponder and discuss.

Since the Masters Championship (or WCS Global Finals in the past) will run in the year after (i.e IEM Katowice 2021 for the 2020/2021 tour), does this mean that the usual end of the year balance/design changes that we've been having for a couple of years now need to be adjusted to different time, say after the Masters Championship? Or would we no longer be seeing major design changes moving on?

For people thinking it's too early to ask this, I don't think that it is too early ask this because if we really want to see the entire pro scene improve, we need to ask these questions sooner rather than later and everyone involved (tournament organizers, dev team, players and etc) should plan early so there won't be much, if any, conflict as we get closer to the Masters Championship.
