    As far as Terran lore goes, how tough are their infantry boys?

    I've only played SC1/Broodwar. The lore interests me very much so. I love all the races but the Terrans are my favorite.

    Are all of the basic infantry from criminal Backgrounds? Are they all tough as nails? I'm talking marines and firebats mainly... but there are new units in SC2 right? Reapers and marauders I believe? I know I'm leaving out ghosts cause well... they seem different from the rest. Not as social. Ghosts seem like lone wolves.

    Indulge me here for the sake of conversation. How would you psychologically profile the following:

    1) Marines

    2) Firebats

    3) Reapers

    4) Marauders

    5) Ghosts

    I am introducing a League where you set up your matches at the times YOU want to play!

    Don't know when you are going to be online next?
    That's okay, Join the In-game chat channel or the Discord and find an opponent that way!

    Set the match up via the website and then play the game. The match can be reported by either player after its completion. We encourage you to give your feedback regarding the match! Fight up the ranks to earn the right to say You're The Best! Each Win/loss will count towards your ELO. To Gain a Sense of A Reward.

    What is ELO you ask?
    ELO is the ranking system used in Major Tournament Sets. The way it works is that when you get matched up against a team, your team will be expected to win or lose, depending on your ELO.

    Example. Team A - 1250 ELO Ranking. Team B - 1350 ELO Ranking. More points will be awarded for the lower ranking ELO player IF they win.

    How are the Leagues done..?

    This is going to be a league that's open to players of all leagues & ranks. You will be split into your own Ranking division and then You will play players in that skill bracket/division and then games will get recorded; Players set up the match and report it, and then an admin will go over the "results" and other comments to make sure both players are happy!

    In January we will be opening up The Tournament Division.and will start the Process to get the leagues started up.
    In February. We Hope To Start Are First League. Only With Enough players, this will start before.
    In March we will go into a 1v1 "Payout League" where The League pays out to the top 3 players.
    ( kinda like A tournament bracket )
    In March we will be opening up Team Leagues where teams will set up their own boundaries and players.
    ( The games will go For Elo Points). In other aspects, they will all be for Fun.

    How are the Tournaments done..?

    You will play Players in The Event You Joined, Players set up the match and report it, Then The Admin will go over the results as well as Other Comments to make sure both players are happy..!! Then the games get recorded and will go towards ELO Points. Giving Players that since of who is better when The Tournament concludes.

    Just watched Vibe‘s Bronze to GM Series, have a question about prioritys

    So I'm in Silver Terran and I noticed he focuses purely on macro, doesn't scout, doesn't ever build early safety nets vs reapers and stuff.

    For a person who's trying to win, shouldn't you be doing something to prevent getting all ined? Is he trying to tell me that if I die before my first siege tank, that's just what happens? Or any other type of all in or drop, that rolls over this build? Is he saying that I will get out of silver even if I really don't play safe early, it takes a while for me to get the 1st thor, he could be going a void ray build, right click my turrets pretty quickly, and the game is over, no matter if I have 20 more scvs than him and he has a 3k bank, if he sits on my production and my armory is not done yet, I just die.

    Are these games just kinda unlucky or should you adjust for these kinds of things (maybe apply prioritys of later leagues?) I don't know, macro is cool and all but he has a big time window were anything that flies can either kill 10 scvs or win the game...
