Welcome to ESL Pro Circuit Season Finals! Today we will be concluding the OCE/RoA, TW / HK / MO / JP and LatAm regionals and continuing the Round Robin phase of the EU regionals.

Live updated scoreboards on Liquipedia and I will also do my best to keep up the ones in this post throughout the day.

For the Latin America regionals, I will update the scoreboards afterwards as I will be asleep at the time they are played.

Dark's new response to adept printer is revolutionary

The traditional response to adept printer is the DRG defense. You get a roach warren at 4:00, stop droning at 41 and hold the first wave of adepts with pure ling, and then ling roach when the roach warren finishes, all off of 1 gas.

Dark's new response is a 3:30 roach warren for the sole purpose of having 3 ravagers when the warp prism arrives. Those are the only roaches he builds at all. The 3 ravagers prevent the warp prism from ever aggressively warping in because the ravagers can kill it in an instant.

On top of that, he's defending it with 44 drones and 2 gas. While this is the same mineral income as DRG's defense, it's double the gas income. Since the only gas he's spending on units are 3 ravagers, it allows him to spend the rest on teching while he's defending, rather than building roaches like the DRG defense.

This makes the adept printer look like an absolutely awful build, at least in this particular vod.

3700 days ago a 13 years old Maru upset Cella in his GSL debut

10 years ago, on the third day of the first GSL open, Maru achieved a 2-1 victory over zerg streamer and future Slayers and Acer head coach Cella. 3700 days later the youngest player to ever play in the GSL punch his ticket for his 5th GSL final with a 4-2 win over Armani.

Maru would go on to lose in the round of 32 against San and wouldn't appear in a GSL main tournament for a year and a half.

Does anyone remember the youtuber who made videos by chance. If i can remember it was like 8to10 yeara ago or same year it was released.

I remember he had long brown or black hair and always acted a bit crazy and had bit if an accent.

He done vids like hardest mode 1v7 for sc2 Some wow vids i think or other games as well.

Some reason i want to watch them again if anyone knows who he is.

Thanks for the game man. I tried to message you but I haven't played this game in years and I can't figure out how to message a previously played player or add them as a friend...

So I just wanted to say that was the single -handedly most fun match I've ever had. My shitty toss vs. your hilarious zergling and baneling nydus ball was a hoot. Once you transitioned to muties to counter my stupid collossus "counter" I knew I was done in (especially considering I had like 200 minerals and nowhere to expand). But you let me have the win despite you easily being able to clean me up ;D

Anyways, thanks for the best game I've had since I got back into this game after a 6 year hiatus. If you're out there and reading this lllllllllll or IIIIIIIIII (honestly couldn't tell), I'd be happy to play with you again (even if I'm a lowly gold who hasn't played in 6 years) :)
